Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their booking within the allowed cancellation period as mentioned at the time of reservation. Cancellations made before the specified deadline may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the booking terms.
Late Cancellation / No Show
Cancellations made close to the check-in date or failure to arrive at the hotel without prior notice may result in 100% cancellation charges.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
